LIQUI MOLY Solutions: High Fuel Consumption
High fuel consumption is usually caused by a dirty Fuel System. (Injectors, valves and piston heads). Residue and deposit build-up in the fuel system will limit its capacity to deliver fuel to the engine and will cause loss of compression and an inefficient combustion. The engine will use more fuel for less mileage.
Use LIQUI MOLY (pour in tank) treatments to clean and maintain the Fuel System. - Always mix in to a full fuel tank
Other possible causes:
1 - Dirty Air Intake System (Throttle Valve)
2 - Wrong motor oil viscosity or Low quality motor oil
3 - Accumulated sludge in engine chamber / Old motor oil.
