LIQUI MOLY Solutions: Noisy Engine
A noisy engine could be caused by many factors. Under normal conditions whereby the engine is in good condition, engine noise can be caused by lack of proper lubrication due to low oil level, low quality oil, wrong oil or old oil. An immediate motor oil change service will eliminate excessive engine noise and slow down normal engine wear.

On Cold Starts, the engine oil which has been drained down to the sump, needs to be distributed to all parts of the engine for optimum lubrication. Depending on the viscosity of the oil, this can take as much as 48 seconds. During this time in which the engine is running dry, Liqui Moly anti-friction additives will protect the engine from wear.
